How to add/remove a user in your account

The Supplier Hub gives you the ability to have a number of users, add/edit users and assign contact types.
You may have one user tied to all functions or you may assign individual users to various functions.

For example:

Customer contact - This is the primary email on the account and the contact for customers and bookings
Finance contact - This is the contact for all banking and payments
Product contact - This is the contact for all matters relating to product
Marketing contact - This is the contact for all matters relating to marketing initiatives

You may have one user tied to all functions or you may assign individual users to various functions. Users have access to all areas of the Supplier Hub and can avail of a 10% supplier discount of the RedBalloon website. 

 

Edit/Remove a user

Log into the Supplier Hub and select the account icon in the top right hand order. Scroll down and select 'user accounts'. Select Edit to re-assign the user to new function, or select the X to delete the user




Add a new user

Log onto RedBalloon.com.au and sign up as a new user with a new email address. Once you have done this, please email us at businesspartners@redballoon.com.au to advise us of your new user details so we can link them to your supplier account.
