How to add a new product / edit an existing product

To Add New Products

Please log into the Supplier Hub and go to your product table by selecting 'Products' from the navigation bar. Select 'Add New Product' to complete the required fields. 

As you begin completing the fields the submission will auto save to drafts. Follow the tool tips (hover over the question mark symbols) to give you help in completing each field accurately. The better you follow the tool tips and the more information and detail you provide the faster your product will be approved and published live on site.


Follow the Product Image guidelines and tips for requirements. 

When you are ready to submit, select 'Submit for Approval'. Your product will go into the moderation queue to be reviewed and approved by a member of the product team. Please allow up to 5 working days for your product to be reviewed. 

 

 

To Edit Products 


Please log into the Supplier Hub and go to your product table by selecting 'Products' from the navigation bar. From the product table, search for the product you would like to edit and then click 'More'
From the dropdown then select 'Edit Product'. Make the necessary changes. Follow the tool tips (hover over the question mark symbols) to give you help in completing each field accurately. Any product edits will be automatically saved as a draft. 

When you are ready to submit, select 'Submit for Approval'. Your product will go into the moderation queue to be reviewed and approved by a member of the product team. Please allow up to 5 working days for your product to be reviewed. 


Significant changes such as product inclusions, itinerary, location, availability or session length may require us to unpublish your existing listing and create a new one, so unredeemed voucher holders are not affected by the changes. Our Customer Team will need to notify all voucher holders on significant changes so they can decide whether they are happy to proceed with the altered experience, or exchange their voucher for something else. We can transfer customer reviews over to your new amended listing but please bear in mind that creating a new listing will affect your ranking on site.

 

Price changes

The RedBalloon Promise includes a 'price match guarantee' to customers that promises they will pay the same price or less as they would buying direct. The price of a product must be in line with, or below, your standard RRP. Price changes to existing listings will be moderated and will only take effect when approved by a member of the team.
