What is a customer question?
Adding a customer question to your listing allows you to request specific information from your RedBalloon customer/s.
Whether you need to confirm customer allergies, weight compliance or simply need more contact information adding a customer question to your product is a great way to ensure you receive this additional information from each customer. The question appears at the booking stage.
How to apply a Customer Question to your product
Please log into the Supplier Hub and go to your product table by selecting 'Products' from the navigation bar.
From the product table, search for the product you would like to edit and then click 'More'. From the dropdown then select 'Edit Product'. Customer questions can be added or edited underneath the price box.
Tip: You can add up to 5 customer questions per product listing.
